Using a “bottom-up” approach to community development by first assessing with small groups of women the needs of both the community and individuals, then working together to find solutions to their challenges and experiencing success firsthand. CPASGhana, is a non-profit organization founded in 2011. Its purpose is to alleviate the root causes of poverty in the local community by promoting education for children, especially girls, through scholarships and school supplies.
